JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The ICT Auditor will evaluate and assess PostBank’s IT systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry standards. The role also involves ensuring the systems’ operational efficiency, identifying deviations, and advising management on corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Audit Planning and Execution
o Plan, supervise, and execute audits for Digital Financial Services (DFS) and other ICT systems.
o Conduct risk assessments, audit testing, and prepare audit reports.
o Evaluate IT controls over areas such as information security, change management, and IT operations.
2. Control Evaluation and Reporting
o Assess the design and effectiveness of technology controls in business processes.
o Use audit management and data analytics tools to enhance audit execution and reporting.
o Identify and communicate audit findings to senior management.
3. Documentation and Communication
o Prepare high-quality, timely written and oral audit reports.
o Communicate audit findings clearly to stakeholders.
4. Additional Duties
o Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies
Education and Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field.
• Full or partial completion of certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, or CISSP is an added advantage.
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years conducting risk-based audits in the financial services industry.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Networks and Databases (Oracle and MS SQL).
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Teammate Audit Systems is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High professional integrity.
