Job Overview: Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven professional passionate about technology and project management? We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership.
• Manage project resources, including team allocation, budgets, and tools.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in IT project management or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is an added advantage.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
