Summary:
The IT Support – Data Analyst & Supervisor role is responsible for monitoring critical system parameters, analyzing product metrics, estimating product loads, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of ITMS platforms. The role involves generating reports, identifying potential risks, and alerting relevant departments about crucial threats based on accumulated data.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Monitoring: Oversee critical parameters and key product metrics to ensure system stability, performance and sustainable service provision.
• Data Analysis: Analyze system logs, transaction records, and other data sources to detect trends, inefficiencies, and potential risks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed reports on system performance, critical metrics, and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Incident Alerting: Identify anomalies and alert relevant departments (e.g., software development, infrastructure, security) regarding potential risks and threats.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with IT support, software development, and operations (commercial, service provision) teams to ensure seamless functionality of ITMS systems.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices for data collection, monitoring, and reporting to enhance efficiency.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards for data security and IT governance.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, databases, and cloud environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in fintech or enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience with scripting or automation for data processing and reporting. Reporting Line: Reports to the IT Support Lead or Head of IT Operations.
