Activities
Main accountabilities
Phase 1
• The initial months, job holder shall be supporting the HSE teams to familiarize himself with the Site.
• Familiarize with HSE systems of Company and Contractors.
• Participate to HSE inspections as request on site
• Provide support to HSE supervisors, participate to HSE observations/ anomaly reporting
• Participate in Toolbox meetings
• Join weekly safety tours and follow up the reports and closures.

Phase 2
• Once he has been through the HSE “gate”, job holder will be interviewed/assessed by Package Manager and RSES who will then determine what new construction position he might occupy, to include the following:
• Contribute towards monitoring site construction schedule for a dedicated activity
• Contribute to progress measurement construction activities and provide regular reports and updates as required
• Contribute towards the handover from Construction Pre-commissioning to company Operations in line with Company objectives

Qualifications And Required Experience
Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum HNC level in a technical/construction discipline
• Previous experience gained from working with large construction, commissioning and production management projects is a plus
• English mandatory
