Information Integrity Manager

Compuscan CRB Ltd is seeking a skilled and qualified person to fill the position of information Integrity Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities;

• Provide Leadership, strategic and operational directions to the information Integrity Department. ~
• Supervise day to day operations of the department
• Draft, Review and update the departmental policies
• Organize internal and external customer trainings relating to consumer requests, data integrity , disputes and related matters
• Departmental Policy implementation and adherence
• Departmental information management
• Identify departmental risks
• Conduct customer visits and meetings
• Prepare periodical reports

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• A Degree in any Arts discipline
• A qualification in management and leadership is an added advantage
• Knowledge regarding credit reference bureau operations is an added advantage
• 2/3 years’ experience in a similar or related role
• Proven and excellent working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Good communication skills / Conflict Management
• Team Membership ability
• Personal Leadership / Ability to sell-motivate / Personal impact
• Organizational and Administrative Skills
• Prioritizing and Multi-tasking Ability
• Mediation and negotiation skills
•  Innovativeness

RISK OFFICER (R0001) Key Duties and Responsibilities;

• Identify, assess and evaluate company risks
• Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function
• Manage the process for developing risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities
• Monitor major and critical risk issues
• Manage the corporate risk and control assessment reporting process as well as manage and maintain infrastructure elements (e.g. management reporting, including reporting to senior management)
• Conduct /assist with internal data systems audits
• Conduct compliance & risk assessments.
• Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the Company
• Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the Company.
• Prepare the necessary reports

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, knowledge and Skills

• A degree in any of the following disciplines; Finance or Economics, Law, Management or Business Studies, Statistics, Science
• A qualification in risk management is an added advantage
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven and excellent working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Technical acumen 
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities analytical skills and a good eye for detail
• The ability to cope under pressure
• Planning and Company skills
•  Negotiation skills and the ability to influence people
• Good communication and presentation skills of Commercial awareness
• Numerical skills and the ability to evaluate costs
• The ability to understand broad business issues
• Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
