Cities and infrastructure for Growth (CIG) is a 5-year DFID-funded program designed to support inclusive economic growth and job creation by increasing urban productivity, access to bower and municipal management expertise. Cardno Emerging Markets is recruiting for an Infrastructure investment Component Lead to work or the CIG program. This person will be responsible for developing a programme strategy to meet DFID requirements and building relationships with a variety of stakeholders in Uganda in order to boost investment in infrastructure programmes.

Applicants must have experience in mobilizing public and private sector finance for investment in infrastructure: experience in project appraisal; a deep understanding of issues involved in development finance; a proven track record managing infrastructure investment projects; and demonstrated experience working with DevCap providers.
