Job Description:
The Inspector of Schools will oversee and evaluate the performance of schools and ensure adherence to educational standards and policies in the district.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspecting schools to ensure compliance with national education standards.
• Supervising and evaluating teaching staff performance.
• Monitoring the implementation of the curriculum in schools.
• Preparing and submitting inspection reports to the district education office.
• Advising school administrators on best practices for quality improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in teaching or school administration.
• Strong knowledge of Uganda’s education policies and curriculum.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
