JOB DETAILS:

Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to Construction Team Deputy Lead-E&I, instrument Engineer is responsible for the professional and technical management of instrument.
2. Formulate the construction technical plans and measures and execute it after approval
3. Complete the technical disclosure and technical service of the project
4. Solve the technical problems
5. Timely sort out the construction technical data
6. Ensure the sorting out of the delivery data as per the project progress Be responsible for the construction technology summary report

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree with major of Instrument or electrical or or related 8 years of experience in construction industry, 6 years of experience overseas, more than 6 projects execution experience overseas
2. Skills of communication, organization,coordination, teamwork, solving the problems quickly and efficiently
3. Knowledge of repairing and maintenance of equipment,management of equipment,coordinating of equipment,international standard of IEC, developing instrument method statement,organizing pre-commissioning and commissioning, all the instrument philosophy, testing the ICSS and RTU
4. Be able to formulate the construction technical plans and measures and execute it after approval, solve the technical problems, ensure the sorting out of the delivery data as per the project progress, testing all the 1/0 point
5. Advanced computer skills on MS office like word excel PPT etc
6. Bachelor's Degree with major of Mechanical Engineering or Piping 8 years of experience in construction industry, 6 years of experience overseas,more than 5 projects execution experience overseas
7. Work experience of high pressure and alloy steel pipe installation required Skills of communication, organization, coordination, teamwork, solving the problems quickly and efficiently
8. Knowledge of process of piping installation, drawing review,management of piping installation, international standard,ASME and ASTEM and ISO,piping method statement development
9. Advanced computer skills on MS office like word,excel, PPT,CAD etc.
