JOB DETAILS:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Incharge of review telecommunication drawing and technical clarification
• Must review and approve the material requisition plan from the sub-contractor.
• Must prepare and submit purchase requisitions for material on site
• Must compile telecommunication construction management procedures.
• Must prepare the technical disclosure to the sub-contractor
• Must review the construction program and plan from the sub-contractor.
• Must be in charge of supervising, submitting and closing RFI from sub-contractor.
• Must handle issues raised by the PMC during the review and inspection.
• Must prepare the walk-down for telecommunication and close punch list.
• Must cooperate with the contract control department to complete the change claim work.
• Must comply with HSE regulations of the company, regional company and project department.
• Must Prepare and implement a personal safety action plan and supervise the site construction work at site.

Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in telecom or automation and related disciplines
• Must have over 5 years’ experience in EPC engineering management.
