Job description
To enhance the insurance knowledge of the Enterprise Direct RMs and consultants as well as deliver insurance solutions to external clients and help to grow the business banking and CIB franchises. You will also be tasked with analyzing data and market information to be used by business in decision making on product positioning and customer engagement.
• Enable Enterprise Direct Bankers to complete insurance product sales and refer opportunities where no product meets their requirements.
• Implement sales tactics and standards to achieve targeted sales and customer growth.
• Oversee sales performance and customer retention across all products and offerings
• Ensure an effective leads process is in place from ED RM’s where they are unable to close a deal because we do not have the required product.
• Provide input into the development of insurance products and related processes

Qualifications
• An undergraduate degree in business or a related field from a recognized University
• At least 2-3 year experience in insurance related roles.
• An Insurance Certificate of Proficiency and ideally a higher local insurance industry qualification
• A good understanding of the basic principles of insurance including good faith, insurable interest, indemnity, contribution, subrogation and proximate cause.
• Knowledge and understanding of the range of insurance products and services available in the market and how that can be used to meet clients needs
