JOB DETAILS:
Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years in the insurance brokerage business

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in the insurance brokerage business, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of the insurance market in Uganda
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in risk assessment and decision-making

Role:
• We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to join our team.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in the insurance brokerage business, with a deep understanding of the Ugandan market.
• Responsibilities will include managing insurance activities,
• Developing strategic plans to improve insurance programs, and
• Ensuring compliance with insurance laws and regulations.
