1. Do you hold a University degree in commerce, business, finance, investment or strategy?
   
2. Do you have at least three-years’ working experience in financial services?
   
3. Is the majority of your working experience drawn from a commercial, business, finance, investment or strategy or customer service environment?
   
4. Does your experience include the analysis, mining, “crunching”, synthesizing or reporting of facts and figures?
   
5. Do you thoroughly understand the relationship between risk and return?
   
6. Have you got strong interpersonal skills?
   
7. Are you good at managing relationships, eg customers, suppliers?
   
8. Are you a self-starter who can demonstrate initiative, creativeness, vertical thinking, and analytical skills?
