INVITATION TO BID FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION, FRAME WOR CONTRACT AND REVENUE COLLECTION SERVICES FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2024/2025.
Buvuma District Local Government intends to pre- qualify firms, in accordance with the public procurement and disposal of public assets (rules and methods for procurement of supplies, works and non-consultancy services) regulations, 2023 and its open to all interested competent firms for the items listed below:
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the PDU Buvuma District Local Government headquarters and inspect the bidding documents.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ugx 100,000 to OFCU Bank on Buvuma District Local Government General Collection Account No. 01883501004066 and thereafter to obtain a General Receipt from the Cash Office in the District Finance Department. NB: Soft copy of the solicitation document can be requested on pdubuvuma@gmail.com upon submission of a scanned copy of the bank alip.

• Borehole Rehabilitation (For only registered Hand Pump Mechanic Associations)
• Construction of buildings and Road works 3. Construction of piped water system
CATEGORY B: SERVICES
• Service and Repair of motor vehicles and motor Cycles.
• Service and Maintenance of Generators and equipment.
• Provision of catering services.
• Consultancy services for design and supervision of water projects.
• consultancy services for design and supervision of piped water system
CATEGORY C: SUPPLIES
• Supply and repair of computers, printers.
• photocopiers and computer accessories (only firms certified by NITA-U.
• Supply and repair of solar systems.
• Supply of furniture.
• 4 Supply of agricultural materials (tools, livestock and seedings).
• Repair of vehicles and motorcycles.
• General supplies and services.
CATEGORY D: SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS.
• Youth groups
• Women groups
• Persons with disability groups.
CATEGORY E: FRAME WORK CONTRACT.
• Supply of fuel and lubricants
• Supply of office stationery
• Supply of building and road construction materials.
