The Uganda Electricity Generation Company Ltd has allocated funds to be used for the Provision of Landscaping and Compound Maintenance Services at Nalubaale and Kiira Power Stations for one year.

The Entity invites your sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, as amended and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00am - 4:00pm.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be on UEGCL A/C No. 9030011177319, Stanbic Bank upon which they shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. Bidders will be issued with the bidding document from UEGCL Head Office.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am on Thursday 2nd March, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 3,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Three Million only). Bid securities must be valid until 28th June, 2023.

Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:10am on Thursday 2nd March 2023.
