INVITATION TO BID (ITB) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOBILE PHONES (NON-SMART)
NO: UGA/ITB/008/2024
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, wishes to invite registered, reputable, and qualified manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to submit firm offers for the supply of mobile phones (non-smart).
Eligible and qualified manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers duly registered with the relevant government authorities, having sound financial basis and relevant experience with knowledge of how to meet UNHCR's needs, are invited to participate in the tendering process.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents for the above tender as well as the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Goods by sending an e-mail request to ugakasup@unhcr.org
The deadline for bid submission is 6th September 2024 at 23:59 Hrs EAT.
UNHCR tenders are free of charge; no fees are charged to collect the tender documents. Please do not pay for the same.
