INVITATION TO BID (ITB) NOTICE
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, invites registered, reputable and qualified companies to submit firm offers for;

TENDER REFERENCE
UGA/ITB/016/2024

TENDER DESCRIPTION
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 500W SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS AT SELECTED SCHOOLS IN REFUGEE SETTLEMENTS AND HOST COMMUNITIES IN SOUTHWESTERN UGANDA.

Eligible and qualified companies duly registered with the relevant government authorities, having sound financial basis, and relevant experience with knowledge of how to meet UNHCR's needs are invited to participate in the tendering process.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents for the above tenders as well as the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Supply of Goods and Services by sending an e-mail request to ugakasup@unhcr.org

The deadline for submission of this tender is 26th September 2024 at 23:59 Hrs EAT.
