OBJECTIVE OF THE EXERCISE
The objective of this exercise is to attract competent organizations with the potential to create and deliver value to ITA in the exercise of the above mandates from the year 2024 and beyond.
IITA wish to invite eligible and competent vendors from interested persons, small, medium and corporate businesses that are regulatory compliant, technically and financially eligible to participate in the prequalification for the provision of consultancy services for, architectural engineering, quantity surveying and construction supervision services.
ITA therefore request eligible and competent vendors to submit sealed pre-qualification bid documents for provision of consultancy services for the financial years 2024-2026 services for the FYS 2024/25 to 2025/25.

SUBJECT MATTER
Expression of interest for the Provision of consultancy services for architectural, engineering, quantity surveying, and construction supervision services for the financial years 2024-2026

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method of procurement as stipulated in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the ITA Procurement and Disposal Unit Office as stipulated in the supplier prequalification document
The bidding documents can be submited during working hours (9.00am-5:00pm) on weekdays with effect from September 5. 2024, until September 20, 2024.
All potential service providers MUST send their sealed and marked Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services FY2024-2026 addressed to ITA Offices situated in Sendusu Namulongo 8km of Gayaza Zirobwe Road before 2:00pm on September 20, 2024.
Late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
