The National Identification & Registration Authority (NIRA) has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of the requirements listed in the table below;

NIRA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the following.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:00 am - 5:00 pm on working days.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of UGX. 50,000 (Uganda Shillings Fifty Thousand only) for each Procurement. The payment shall be made to the bank and a bank slip presented as evidence of payment. Bidders should generate a payment advice from the URA Portal and present to the Bank for payment.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 11:00 am before or on the date as per table above. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security /bid securing declaration as indicated in the table above. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) at 11:30 am on the dates of bid submission as per table above.
