INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
The Uganda Prisons Service has allocated funds to be used for Supply of Polypropylene Bags and Sisal Rolls Under a Frame Work Contract for Two (02) Years.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the supplies below:

Bid Security in Uganda Shillings
4,000,000/(Uganda shillings Four Million only)
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at no. 7 from 08:00am to 05:00 PM on working days
The bidding document in English may be purchased by the interested bidders on submission of a payment receipt of a non refundable fee UGX 100,000. (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only)
Bids must be delivered to the address below before 10:30am on 1 November,2024 Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at no. 7 at 11:00am on 01/11/2024
Documents may be inspected, issued from, delivered and opened at: Procurement & Disposal Unit:
Uganda Prisons Service Headquarters Plot 3 Siad Barre Road
P.O. Box 7182, Kampala
The planned procurement schedule (subject to changes)is as follows:
a. issue invitation to bid 14/10/2024
b. Pre-bid meeting NA
c. Bid closing date 01/11/2024
d. Evaluation process Within 10 working days
e. Display and communication of best evaluated bidder notice After Contracts Committee approval
f.Contract Signature After Solicitor General's Approval.
