Invitation to bid for provision of supplies, services, and works under open domestic bidding for the Financial Year 2025 - 2026
Kibingo Girls S.S invites sealed bids from suitably qualified firms and individuals for supply/provision of goods, services and works for the year 2025 to 2026.
CATEGORY A: SUPPLIES:
• Class uniforms
• Cleaning materials and Disinfectants
• Firewood
• Assorted foodstuffs
• Bedding materials
• Laboratory equipment and chemicals
• Stationery and printed materials
• Textbooks
• Sports equipment and accessories
• Office furniture and equipment
• Kitchenware and repair accessories
• Generators
• Electrical fittings
• Water tank
• Maize flour, Beans, Vegetables, Ground nuts, Meat, Matooke, and other foodstuffs
• Tea, sugar, and pastries
CATEGORY B: SERVICES:
• Insurance
• Latrine/Toilet emptying
• Medical supplies
• General photography services
• Fumigation services
CATEGORY C: WORKS
• General construction and renovation of buildings
The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/= (One hundred thousand Uganda shillings only). The method of payment will be through bank paid at STANBIC bank A/C No.0140001656401 in the names of Kibingo Girls SS. A bid security of 300,000/= is required from the School Bursar.
Interested applicants should submit their applications with the following:
Physical address of the Company/Individual and contacts
Certificate of Incorporation for companies and Business Certificate for firms
Evidence of previous experience in similar supplies/services
Trading License for the year 2024
Memorandum and Articles of Association where applicable
Sealed bids in triplicate should be addressed to: The Headteacher, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Kibingo Girls SS, P.O. Box 61, Kashoho-Sheema, not later than 25th Nov, 2024 at 11:00am.
