The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a public-benefit German company with worldwide operations in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. GIZ Uganda through Country Office invites bids from competent and eligible firms to provide consultancy services for GIZ Group Personal Accident cover for its National Staff.

Request for detailed terms of reference. Interested and eligible bidders shall obtain detailed bidding/tendering documents in soft copy form only. Kindly submit your request for detailed terms of reference/ tender documents by email to.
Procurement-giz-uganda@giz.de starting from the date of this publication in the newspapers by
indicating in the subject tender reference number as "83441978 GIZ Group Personal Accident Cover."
Request for clarifications on bidding documents/ specification/terms and condition of the tender.
16:00(EAT) to UG_Quotation@giz.de indicating in the subject the tender reference number "83441978 GIZ Group Personal Accident for National Staff." Failure to indicate the tender reference number in the subject may disqualify your offer directly as it may fail to be received in the tender box.

Late submissions will not be accepted!
Bids submitted with GIZ staff or other GIZ emails in copy shall be rejected.
Only bids submitted to UG_Quotation@giz.de are acceptable.
You should have offers in PDF and zip folders.
Two separate emails should be used one submitting technical proposal offer and second email submitting Financial Proposal Please use file transfer link https://filetransfer. Offer. giz.de/ for submission of documents exceeding the default mail size of 30 MB or use three separate emails one submitting the eligibility documents, a second one submitting the technical proposal/offer and third email submitting Financial Proposal/

All requests for clarifications related to this tendering process should be shared in writing and addressed to GIZ Uganda via email Procurement-giz-uganda@7.giz.de  at least 2days prior to the bid submission deadline date. Please indicate in the subject tender reference number as "83441978 Group Personal Accident Cover"

Failure to follow the above instruction may lead your offer to be encrypted and rejected. Brokers or any third parties are not allowed to participate in this process.
GIZ remains with full rights to cancel this process at any stage without informing providers and at no cost refund to the providers who participate in this tender process.
