AUCTION INFORMATION:

Primary Dealers (PDs) and other commercial banks should submit all bids to Bank of Uganda through the Central Securities Depository (CSD) by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

• Minimum Competitive Bid Amount (ONLY BY PRIMARY DEALERS): UGX 200,100,000/=
• Minimum Non-Competitive Bid Amount (THROUGH ANY COMMERCIAL BANK): UGX 100,000/=

PRICING AND SUBMISSION OF BIDS:

• Competitive Bids (by PDs): Prices must be expressed with 4 decimal places (e.g., 9.9999%).
• Non-Competitive Bids: Prices will be awarded at the weighted average rate of accepted competitive bids.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• All accepted bids from individual investors (Competitive and Non-Competitive bids) will be allocated at one price, the weighted average rate for competitive bids.
• Bank of Uganda reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in whole or part and also reserves the right to accept bids that are not necessarily the highest/lowest.
