Invitation for Pre-Qualification for the Supply of Goods & Services 2025
Kololo High School has allocated funds and intends to use part of these funds towards the acquisition of assorted goods and services for the year 2025 under framework contracts.
Kololo High School invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed prequalification submissions and expressions of interest for the supply of goods and services for the year 2025 as listed below:

Important Information:
- Eligibility: Prequalification is open to eligible Ugandan bidders and will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
- Access to Documents: Prequalification documents can be obtained from the Kololo High School Procurement Unit at a non-refundable fee of UGX 103,000 payable to Tropical Bank account number 0010001609. A receipt must be issued by the school bursar.
- Submission Deadline: Prequalification submissions and expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th December 2024 at 10:00 AM. Late submissions will not be considered.
