Kumi Hospital has allocated funds and intends to apply part of it for the prequalification of providers for supplies, services, and works for the financial year 2025.
The hospital invites suitably qualified and eligible bidders to submit sealed prequalification bids for the provision of supplies, services, and works in the categories below.

Prequalification Procedures

Prequalification documents are available on request at the PDU office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 205,000 to:
Kumi Hospital Global Fund A/C No: 9030005672588 (Stanbic Bank, Kumi Branch). Payment receipt must be presented before collecting bid documents. -
Completed bids must be properly sealed and clearly marked, indicating the category.
Submission Address:
- Medical Director, Kumi Hospital
- Deliver to the Procurement and Disposal Unit no later than 20th February 2025 at 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
