INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND WORKS FOR FY 2025/26 REF: BCM/WRKS/SUPLS/SRVCS/00001/2025

Busoga College Mwiri has allocated funds and intends to apply part of it for prequalification of providers for supplies, services, and works for the financial year 2025/2026.

The college invites suitably qualified and eligible bidders to submit sealed prequalification bids for the provision of supplies, services, and works in the categories below:

CATEGORY A: WORKS

• General building works and supply and installation of building materials

CATEGORY B: SUPPLIES

• Supply of furniture and fittings including engraving

CATEGORY C: SERVICES

• IT and Networking Services

CATEGORY D: FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
Provision of services and supplies to include:

• Repair and servicing of motor vehicles, generators, computers, and office equipment
• Catering and hospitality services
• Medical services and supply of drugs, chemicals, and laboratory equipment
• Printing, photocopying, designing, branding, engraving, binding, and supply of office stationery
• Cleaning, fumigation, gardening, garbage collection, and disposal
• Electrical repairs and maintenance, installation of solar and power equipment
• Legal services

CATEGORY E: CONSULTANCY SERVICES

• Legal advisory services and opinions
• Preparation of final accounts and auditing

CATEGORY F: MANAGEMENT SERVICES

• Administration and Digital Systems Management

CATEGORY G: FUEL AND LUBRICANTS

• Supply of fuel, lubricants, and vehicle maintenance accessories

Prequalification/Framework procedures:

1. Prequalification documents are available on request at the Accounts office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 to Stanbic Bank (Jinja Branch) Account No. 9030004191531 Busoga College Mwiri.
2. Completed bids must be properly sealed and clearly marked, indicating the category and code number.

Submission of bids:

• Addressed to the Headmaster, Busoga College Mwiri
• Delivered to the Procurement and Disposal Unit
• Deadline for submission: 22nd January 2024 at 2:00 pm.
