BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

1. Hoima City has earmarked some funds under USMID and Local revenue for completion of unfinished works and supplies.

2. The entity invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for execution of the under-listed works/supplies:

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open domestic bidding procedures contained in Government of Uganda public procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap2003, as amended and the Regulations 2023.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 9 am to 5 pm.

5. Bidding documents in English may be purchased by the interested bidders at a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 by use of PRN obtained from procurement and disposal unit.

6. Bidding Document in English may be picked by interested bidders on the address below at 8(a).

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00 am on 30th December 2024. Late Bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the address below at or before 11:00 am on 30th December 2024.

8. (a) The Bidding Document shall be inspected and issued at:
