Invitation to bid for the Civil Works for the Construction of an Incinerator House at Fort Portal Regional Referral Hospital - MOH/GF/WORKS/22-23/00004

The Government of Uganda through Ministry of Health has allocated funds to be used for the construction of an Incinerator House at Fort Portal Regional Referral Hospital.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders Subject to PPDA Guidelines on reservation schemes.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further
information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 08.00am to 04.00pm

The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 8(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be made to the commercial bank on the Uganda Revenue Account for Non Tax Revenues.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11.00 am 17 August, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX 40,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Forty Million Only). Bid securities must be valid until 15 March, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11.30 am 17+ August, 2023.

There shall be a pre-bid meeting at 11.00 am, 17* July, 2023 on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
