Leadership Training Programme

The leadership Training Programme (TP) is our graduate development initiative that offers talented graduates the opportunity to learn and practice health care supply chain management at Medical Access and related affiliates. The Programme is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders.

Successful candidates will get an opportunity to train in areas including; Pharmacy, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, database Management and Programing, laboratory, Monitoring Evaluation, Sales and Marketing, Grants and Financial Management.

QUALIFICATIONS
The competition for places in our graduate programme is strong, so applicants need to demonstrate a history of academic excellence. We are looking for graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Biomedical Laboratory, Biochemistry, Marketing, Pharmacy and Laboratory. Diploma holders in Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory Technology, Clinical Medicine, Orthopedic Medicine and Pharmacy Technicians are also eligible to apply. Interested candidates should have graduated either within the last two years or just finished university.
