Job Title LEGAL OFFICER
Reports To Corporate Services Manager
Job Overview The Legal Officer will oversee all legal issues and provide guidance on the development and monitoring of processes to ensure full compliance in all business operations. .
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Providing advice on operational laws to the business.
• Providing general legal advice and services to Tayari.
• Providing advice on operational / legal issues at
• Drafting and reviewing company documents for any legal implications that may impact the company among others.
