JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support to the organization in all matters related to compliance, contracts, and disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Ensure the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct legal research to support decision-making and maintain a robust risk management framework.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (advantageous).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
