JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Loan Sales Support
Department: Customer Service Branch
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Deadline: 7"/February/2024

Duties and Responsibilities
• Collecting (and submitting!) quality leads from the field that convert to sales.
• Aligning the marketing message (selling points) with each member of the team and any dealership we work with
• Searching and onboarding new car dealerships + building great relationship with dealerships
• Train dealership staff on how to use car portal + about MOGO products.
• Provide feedback from the field to management (raise issues, give suggestions, fix things yourself)
• Together with the branch manager, design activation calendar for sales and marketing and ensure its followed (example dealerships, hospitals, car washes, petrol stations)
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements
• A bachelor's degree of any discipline from a recognized University
• Previous experience of working with car dealerships
• Previous direct sales experience
• Knowledge of logbook or consumer loan business

• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, work ethics, a proactive and positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal /customer handling skills
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of confidentiality.
• Intermediate level technical skills working with MS Office
• High level of emotional intelligence and ability to manage state in stressful situations.
