JOB DETAILS:
Jeen Mata Microfinance Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loans Collector to join our team. This role will focus on collecting daily instalments from loan debtors, with the opportunity to expand into other areas that align with the position.

Responsibilities:
• Collect daily instalments from loan debtors.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding debts.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective debt recovery.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in debt collection or a similar role.
• Must atleast possess a UACE
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English and Luganda
• Strong understanding of financial processes and legislation. (Desirable)
