Job description
Evaluation and authorization of loan applications Head marketing and sales of the different loan products offered by the Sacco
• Advice clients applying for loans about the different loan products (their interest rates and payment terms), in order to best address the borrower's needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding and observation of the existing governing laws and standards of lending
• Manage and maintain growth of the Loan portfolio Ensure that the portfolio at risk is within the institutional and international standards
• Manage and follow up on loan payments in order to ensure timely loan recovery
• Maintain accurate and complete loan files/ records
• Monitor borrowers' account records and review loan files

Eligibility criteria
Education
• Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or other related field, a course related to sales and marketing would be an added advantage for the position of customer care/sales.

Experience
• Minimum 12 months of relevant working experience in financial services or bank lending
