JOB DETAILS:
Candidate requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in lodge management (preferably a remote, African lodge)
• Experience managing a team of people in Africa
• Preferably should have worked internationally or traveled
• Have a solid understanding of the travel industry
• Passion for the environment and nature conservation
• Have an understanding of the industry’s financial processes
• Food and beverage knowledge and passion
• Maintenance experience
• Good administration skills
• Ideally someone who has come from a guiding background
• Someone with a passion for food
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
