JOB DETAILS:The Uganda Biodiversity Trust Fund ( UBTF ) is registered in Uganda as an independent Institution incorporated under the Trustees’ Incorporation Act of 1939, Chapter 165. The UBTF headquarters are based in Kampala. The Fund was established as a mechanism to provide sustainable financing for the conservation of priority biodiversity and ecosystem services in Uganda.
With support from Wildlife Conservation Society (WGS) through a USAlD/Uganda Biodiversity Trust Fund Supported Activity, UBTF is recruiting support staff to support operations of the Secretariat headed by an Executive Director.

Title: Logistic Assistant/ Driver
Reports to: Administrative Assistant
Supervises: N/A

Job Purpose The Logistics Assistant/ Driver performs the operations, maintenance and management of UBTF vehicle, including routine maintenance, registration, tagging and tax exemptions, as well as coordinating transportation activities implemented by staff. S/he will also provide logistical support in delivery of welfare services to UBTF staff.
