JOB DETAILS:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, provide input and update Logistics philosophies and logistics procedures on time.
• Coordinate the implementation of the procedures throughout the logistics packages
• Ensure implementation of Logistics procedures across all logistics activities
• Evaluation of Logistics contractors through operational audits and inspections to ensure compliance and performance as per the contract
• Implement Logistics mobilization/demobilization plan, continuously review, monitor and optimize resources accordingly
• Implementation of the LSO business tools and relevant procedures (PTS, TRAM,Cost control and KPI) Evaluate Logistics contractors through SQM organization, ensure that all operations are done and comply with the contract.
• Preparation of SOW and initial technical PQ and HSE evaluations of bidders during the call for tender process
• Making sure that the contractual commitments in relation to the logistics are satisfied by determining the logistics issues and putting into practice the planned operations
• Maintain records and statistics to ensure qualitative, quantitative and accurate reporting
• Ensure proper and effective internal controls and safety standards are in place for all project Logistics activities
• Participate in the definition of the Logistics Safety and Environment objectives and road map.
• Coordinate the planning and progress control activities (close monitoring of Contractors' progress activities)
• Develop and maintain the SharePoint for the assigned tasks
• Develop and maintain a welcome pack for newcomers, ensuring that all personnel are enrolled in the welcome process as per the rules set by the department.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in busy manufacturing/construction operations at supervisory level and a suitable general HSE and Logistics knowledge in onshore oil industry operations
• Logistics & HSE management rules, Lifting/handling Storage management and techniques, Land transportation, Base management operations.
• Good command of English knowledge and experience in ERP systems including SAP and database management including MS access, word, project, excel, Primavera.
• Self-motivated, and proactive in carrying out the activities of the job.
• Adhere to the values and principles of the Company at all times.
• Ability to work under pressure and stressing condition, ability to adapt analyze problems and communicate with all entities, analytical mind, rigorous, holistic approach and tenacity, flexible and able to write Standing Instructions and Procedures.
• Active team player with ability to manage and integrate with others in different functions and environment.
