JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise the M&E Team, defining their responsibilities by specific program project in order to support programmatic activities and ensure they are monitored and evaluated in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
• Identify the MSE training needs for the team and work with the team and other collaborators such as the human resource to plan and implement the trainings that meets these needs.
• Coach, train and monitor M&E Coordinator and officer to strengthen their technical capacity, exchange knowledge within the the M&E team and provide professional development guidance.
• Manage evaluation processes including liaising with the external stakeholders and service providers, creating terms of reference and evaluation guidelines, and ensure that baseline studies are conducted for all projects and information stored
• Design and implement a system to identify, analyze, documents and disseminate lessons learned from program and project activities. Share evaluation results with all relevant CP teams and ensure that lessons from evaluations are incorporated into the development of all new projects

Qualifications, experience and skills
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in MSE management role.
• Bachelor's degree. preferably in Statistics, Economics or Quantitative Economic, Population Studies. Economic Policy, Social sciences. A post graduate training in M&E is added advantage Experience in designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stage.
