JOB DETAILS:
Key roles and responsibilities:
• Support and ensure effective monitoring, verification and evaluation of the Cesvi interventions.
• Ensure data collection, analysis, documentation and dissemination for reporting learning purposes and informed decisions.
• Liaise closely with relevant partners to fully enrich the M&E functions Support the implementation and on-going development of monitoring, evaluation and learning processes and systems to collect output and outcome level data
• Support project staff to provide quality and timely data required to generate programme reports and other documentation for programmes.
• Analyse and compile project monitoring information to inform practice, produce reports and other documentation for different stakeholders/audience groups.
• Design and facilitate M&E training workshops with relevant staff to strengthen potential skills in programme implementation.
• Support the analysis and triangulation of qualitative and quantitative monitoring data.
• Ensure all M&E and learning activities uphold a commitment to gender equality, age sensitivity and the inclusion of marginalized groups.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
• A University Degree in quantitative disciplines (Preferably Economics, Social science, statistics)
• Additional training, certificate or qualification in monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&E for international donor funded projects, preferably including experience with WFP-funded projects;
• Knowledge and experience with M&E data management tools including data entry and cleaning, data analysis and reporting; Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet strict deadlines;
• Knowledge of evaluation research methods (qualitative and quantitative), including data entry, analysis and report writing;
• Computer proficiency, including use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and statistics packages (e.g., Stata, SPSS);
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and mentoring skills;
• Excellent writing, oral and organizational skills
