MAINTENANCE OF VIVO ENERGY RETAIL OUTLETS

Vivo Energy Uganda is the company that distributes and markets Shell-branded Fuels and Lubricants in Uganda. The company is looking to prequalify civil and building contractors for the maintenance of retail sites, offices, and depots.

List of Services

The scope of services includes:

• Forecourt and driveway surfaces maintenance works
• Drainage, sanitary installations and maintenance
• Plumbing works
• Carpentry works
• Glass mart works
• Roofing works
• Painting and decorations
• Landscaping and gardening

Eligibility Criterion

• Bidder must have physical office premises and stores for spares and inventory.
• Own a workshop equipped with basic service machinery.
• Possess at least 10 Field service technicians to ensure proper regional coverage.
• Employ not less than 10 Field service technicians with a minimum of a diploma in Civil engineering.
• Have working capital of not less than UGX 300 million to guarantee sufficient operational costs.

All interested contractors should share evidence of experience in maintaining similar facilities from reputable organizations for the listed services above. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage in the selection process.
