Maintenance Planner/ Controller

The key purpose of this role is to facilitate continuous improvement in plant reliability through TPM development and maintenance / project planning and process optimization. Proper understanding of the maintenance Pillar under VPO. Understanding Coswin ,MS project and Webrep.
Key outputs and responsibilities:
• Facilitate problem solving
• Plan maintenance and projects
• Develop and implement asset care plan
• Frequently coach operators on best practices
• Maintain Coswin system integrity
• Team development
• Implementing the VPO best practices
• Facilitate ATO practices
• Develop autonomous team
Key attributes and competencies:
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams.
• Team player and good communication skills
• Good understanding of CMMS
• Computer skills such as Excel, MS project, Power point, word etc.
Profile:
Education
• Minimum of Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Experience
• 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Should be knowledgeable in maintenance practices i.e. Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance/operation etc.
• Should be knowledgeable in CMMS
• Should be well versed with good safety practices like SAM and LOTOTO
