Job Description
To contribute specialist Business Process Engineering input into the development, maintenance and implementation of the Process Science Framework to enable the competitive advantage of the organization and to be a key enabler in professionalizing business operations across the Stanbic Bank Uganda by measuring and improving maturity and operational processes and skills to extract efficiencies with the client in mind.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Field of Study: Information Studies, Engineering, Business Administration & Management

Experience Required
Operations Solutions Management

3-4 years
A good understanding of the Bank's processes, products, data and systems would be required.
3-5 years
Business process management, -modelling, -innovation, -science, -analysis, -design, -engineering, -improvement, -documenting, quality assurance, -analysis tools and systems. Workflow experience would be required.
