JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose description
Stanbic Uganda is looking for a Manager, Change and Business Transformation. The Change Manager will be responsible for leading and managing organizational change initiatives to ensure successful implementation of changes across the Bank in line with specific business initiatives. You will work closely with the Country Chief Executive & Business Heads, providing strategic oversight of key programs in-country. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience developing and implementing Change Management strategies and plans that support business objectives as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Product
1. Responsible for assessing the nature and size of change and ensuring that a consistent Change Management methodology is applied across business initiatives/projects.
2. Preserve the approved Group Country business architecture and operating model by monitoring changes in organisation design and structures ensuring alignment with the principles, standards and frameworks of the Group Country strategy and roadmap and ensuring the delivery of strategic initiatives
3. Responsible for the analysis of initiatives to identify Change Management issues, their impact, implications, and action plan objectives against the Change Management model
4. Develop and implement Change Management strategies and plans that support the overall business objectives and minimise disruption to the organisation.
5. Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to identify and prioritise change initiatives, including identifying potential risks and benefits of proposed changes.
6. Responsible for the collaboration of the various stakeholders that will be involved in the respective project/initiative across the business
7. Attending relevant business meetings for support and advise around Change Management In collaboration with the Business Heads, you will be responsible for implementing Change Management in initiatives in a way that will positively influence the cultural change required for the future goals of corporate sustainability and stability.
8. Continuously develop industry thought leadership and knowledge and share expertise through mentoring and coaching to build capability, influence and shape the Country strategy.

10. Advocate, build awareness and transform culture and mindsets to embrace agile delivery principles, technology, and operations with digital at its core, and data driven decision making.

Qualifications & Experience
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management for large scale projects
3. Strong knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
5. Ability to lead a range of Change Management programmes in different projects/initiatives at the same time
6. Ability to develop integrated Change Management strategies to guide business transformation A demonstrable ability to understand the people issues associated with Change Management projects/programs
