Role Purpose
The role holder is responsible for leading and overseeing the internal audit function within the Jubilee Life Uganda Insurance Company. The primary purpose is to provide independent and objective assurance of the organization's governance, risk management, and internal control processes. The role involves evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying risks, and providing valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and overall performance.

Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or any other related course.
• Masters degree will be an added advantage.

Professional Qualifications
• CPA-U/ACCA Qualification
• Relevant audit-related certifications (CIA/CFE/CISA) will be an added advantage Relevant

Experience
• Minimum 6-7 years' experience in a similar role or in External Audit function.
• Should also have significant experience leading audit teams and managing audit projects across diverse areas of an organization.
