Attributes for the ideal candidate profile:
- At least four (4) years bar/lounge experience, in a busy environment, including at least two (2) at a managerial/supervisory level
- Very customer-focused, with highly developed communication skills
- Results oriented and driven
- Highly developed leadership qualities
- Minimum education level, UACE
- Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills
- Flexible, with a curious mindset
- A very organized, presentable and outgoing demeanor
