JOB DETAILS:
Century Bottling Company Limited is a Franchise Bottler and distributor of Coca Cola Products in Uganda. We are currently seeking to recruit a Manufacturing Development Specialist based in Mbarara.
As Manufacturing Development Specialist you will report directly to the Manufacturing

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

• Ensure effective planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the Way of Working (WoW) at the Plant.
  
• Implement changes identified through new strategic initiatives.
  
• Drive the loss and waste analysis,
  
• Drive adherence to Divisional Standards.
  
• Facilitate key leader Training Programs.
  
• Drive coaching and mentoring in the team and drive the Supply Chain Way Principles.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETE NCIES

• Bachelors in industrial Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 8 years‘ experience in a Manufacturing environment and/or training related field including 3 years‘ experience in implementing Manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
  
• Excellent MS Office skills
  
• Ability to identify gaps and initiate improvement activities.
  
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess good analytical ability and problem solving skills.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear capability and credibility to influence.
  
• Must be a strong Change Agent, a good team player possessing a high degree of integrity. flexibility, honesty and able to work under minimum supervision
