Career Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specialized in Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support in Africa with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa and South Sudan.
Our client connects African filmmaking talent with global media buyers curating the best filmmakers on the African continent and put them in touch with focuses on the African creative and creating consistent and well-paid work with local and international. The client is looking to fill the post of a Marketing and Sales Manager with a suitably qualified candidate.
THE JOB
The Marketing & Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the marketing and sales efforts of the organization. They will be responsible for promoting the company's services and generating revenue.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to attract clients.
• Identifying and cultivating client relationships.
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Analyzing market trends and competition to adapt strategies.
• Collaborating with the Executive Producer and creatives to tailor pitches to client needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 4 Yrs Proven experience as a Marketing and Sales Manager in media space or an ad agency, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Certifications in sales and marketing is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
• A deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
• Track record of building a junior team on their own is required.
