Overview
ChapChap Africa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads for our services. As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee various aspects of marketing, including social media management, community engagement, content creation, data analysis, and campaign evaluation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a 3x revenue growth on marketing spend and ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel via digital marketing channels.
• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using data analysis and metrics to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
• Maintain a 3x revenue growth on any marketing spend, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different channels.
• Drive content marketing initiatives, including creating compelling written, visual, and audio/video content to engage the target audience.
• Produce branding materials, merchandise, and audio/visual advertisements to enhance brand recognition and visibility.
• Manage company culture by organizing events, retreats, and other initiatives to foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and is optimized for user experience and search engines.
• Lead the marketing efforts for new services on the app, from conceptualization to execution, to drive adoption and usage among target users.
• Manage digital campaigns and ad spend across various platforms to achieve a 3x ROI and optimize performance based on campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A CIM qualification is an added advantage
• Proven experience (minimum of 6 years) in a marketing role, preferably in the technology or digital industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation software, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
