JOB DETAILS:
Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services.
• Managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences and trends.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Measuring and analyzing marketing performance to optimize campaigns.
• Developing and managing brand identity and messaging.
• Creating and overseeing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Coordinating with design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.

Required Qualifications:
• MBA or BA in Marketing from a premier institute (MICA Preferred).
• 15 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
