The Insurance Institute of Uganda ( IIU ) was established in 1964 as a training arm of the Uganda's Insurance sector with a mandate to carry out education, training and Professional development in the sector. lt is also the representative of the professional body under the law. The Institute has transformed into an Insurance Training College and seeks candidates for the position below:
Title: Marketing & Public Relations Officer

JOB SUMMARY
To drive a disciplined and integrated communications and reputational strategy across IIU and position as the leading insurance training institution across the East African region. Plan, develop and project the corporate image of the institute in line with the strategic direction of the institute.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Education Qualification:
• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Mass Communictations, Commerce or Business Related Field.
• A professional qualification is a must
Work Experience
• At least five (5) years ot work experience in a similar position.
• Any work experience in a training institution will be of added advantage

• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Media industry .
• Exceptional Communications Skills — Written‘ & Oral
• Product Development knowledge
