JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise 3-5 marketing executives, in all aspects of their jobs.
2. Train & guide marketing executives
3. Generate and maintain reports
4. Handle all administrative tasks related to marketing executivesEnsure that marketing executives achieve their sales target
5. Meet with Marketing Manager on a daily basis.
6. To meet with Head of Marketing on monthly basis to review supervisor’s team performance
7. To go in field on daily basis with marketing executives to convert quotations to job tickets
8. To ensure that marketing executives are not using company time and resources for personal use
9. To ensure Marketing Executives are fulfilling their job description.
10. To ensure that all subordinates' clients are being given great customer service.
11. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.

Personal Attributes

1. The desired Marketing supervisor must be highly motivated and creative.
   
2. Have excellent communication, mentoring, coaching and people management skills
   
3. Possess outstanding leadership skills and confidence, directing staff below him/her with passion and energy.
   
4. Proven ability to drive the sales & marketing process from plan to close
   
5. Must have focus aligned towards achieving company goals and responsibilities.
   
6. Must be resilient with solid work ethics.
   
7. Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) since websites, email and other electronic mediums have become a big part of company promotions.
   
8. Strong business sense and industry expertise
   
9. Have the ability to multi‐task and work under pressure
   
10. Have the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done

Essential Qualifications

1. Minimum of three years of sales and marketing experience in busy manufacturing setting
2. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
3. At least three (3) years of experience in supervisory and managerial role
